CUSTOM ORDERS

What can I get customised?

Anything that is available to be custom will have its own option on the relevant page.

Take note, custom orders always cost extra.

What's the wait time for custom orders?

We outsource some of the manufacturing, so to make sure we don't disappoint with timelines out of our control we ask you to allow up to 6 weeks for your order to be shipped out, although most orders are shipped out much faster.

Are there any restrictions on what I can have on my custom order?

We don't really have too many restrictions. But we won't do anything illegal or extremely offensive. Just ask yourself, what would your Mum think?

But feel free to ask! We can only say no/ also judge you in secret.

SHIPPING

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our postage days are Tuesdays and Fridays.

Public holidays will be posted out the next postage day.

Tuesday postage cut off is 5.00pm AWST on the Monday, with Friday postage cutoff 5.00pm AWST Thursday.

RETURNS

What if I change my mind?

PNC might be real for some, but unfortunately, we don't do returns on change of mind. But if you have unique circumstances, then please reach out and we will see what we can do.

Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances. This goes into effect immediately after order is placed.

What if the product doesn't fit or it's not as good as I expected?
